We provide employment to the community in 3 key ways:  jobs on Glorious' staff, our Widows Beading Project, and Glorious Women's Empowerment Network (GWEN). At Glorious School, there are job opportunities in teaching, cooking, cleaning, construction and farming. Our Widows Beading Project employs HIV positive women who make jewelry we purchase for fair market value, and then sell outside Tanzania. GWEN provides the mothers and female guardians of children attending our school access to micro-loans to start small businesses.
