ALICE’S JOURNEY + GOALS

Alice’s journey started when she began teaching primary school out of her backyard. Today, her school serves over 400 children & their families, and she has built a pathway to economic self-reliance through secondary initiatives. Her school is one of the top-rated programs in the regions. 

Alice needs to expand capacity with facilities and teachers in order to meet the demand of her 2:1 model. She takes in two paying students for every low-income student. The construction of new classrooms will allow her to expand services during a critical time in her country after many schools have been closed.
